Upright clothing is styled for use on the bicycle. Our apparel isn't race or competitive wear by any means, but we lean toward closer fitting silhouettes. The goal is to avoid excess fabric that can catch wind and become annoying on the bike. Standard design details include longer sleeves and tails on outerwear for handlebar stretch and scalloped front and crowned rear belt lines on pants and shorts for comfort and coverage.
For jackets and shirts, if you feel you like a bit more room, we recommend buying a size up. In general you can buy your normal sizing for pants and shorts. If there is a style that we think runs abnormally small or large, we'll let you know within the product details pages. Length on pants is generally 32” unless longer lengths are offered, in which case these will be specified on the product detail page during the selection process.
