Ordering

Upright allows the ability to order items and check out as a registered user or as a guest. All transactions on UprightCyclist.com occur through a link to a secure server partner with 128 bit secure socket layer encryption. Credit/debit card information is not stored on our database. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards.

Once your credit card payment has been accepted we’ll send an email alerting you with an order summary. If you run into problems, aren’t sure your order was accepted, or want to change your order, please email Upright customer service customerservice@uprightcyclist.com and we’ll take care of you. Please note that once an order has been processed we won’t be able to refund initial shipping fees.

Domestic Shipping & Returns (within the United States)

We do our best to process orders within 2-3 business days of your online transaction. Delivery cost depends on destination, weight and priority.

Upright offers free ground shipping within the domestic United States on any purchase over $200. We take considerable time and effort designing and specifying quality materials and construction for our pieces, and want you to be as happy with them as we are. We want you to try them on freely, and be able to return or exchange them if you’re not content with your purchase. We offer a 45 day ‘no questions asked’ policy on returns from date of purchase and free return shipping if you’re within the domestic United States. Our only stipulation is that all items returned are clean, sanitary, and undamaged.

If you’d like to make a return or exchange, please email us at customerservice@uprightcyclist.com and provide your name, address and order details (order number, date of order, item to be returned, and original price paid for garment) and we will send you instructions and a shipping label for the return if you’re in the United States. Once item to be returned is received we will credit your account and send you an email confirmation of credit transaction, or send you exchange item you've requested.

International Shipping & Returns (outside the United States)

Our international shipping service offers a guaranteed order total including all transportation costs and importation fees (Any applicable duty and tax enforced by the customs and revenue authorities in the destination country) during checkout. Both the shipping cost and importation fees vary by country. These charges are non-refundable - international shipping charges and any fees such as Duty, Tax, or VAT will not be refunded in the event of a return.

Any shipping, duty, tax, or importation fee or charge associated with an international return is solely the responsibility of the purchaser. Upright will not cover any charge associated with shipping any item(s) back to the United States and reserves the right to refuse returns in the event that any duty, tax, or importation fee is requested upon delivery back to our facilities. If all shipping, duty, tax, and importation fees have been covered by the purchaser and a return is received from outside the United States, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment for the merchandise only. Any shipping, duty, tax, or importation fees that were paid upfront on the original transactions are non-refundable.

If you’d like to make an international return, please ship item  to be rerturned with importation fees prepaid to Upright Cyclist LLC, 7333 Old Post Road, Boulder, CO 80301 with all order details (order number, date of order, item to be returned, and original price paid for garment). Once item to be returned is received we will credit your account and send you an email confirmation of credit transaction.
